Authors are invited to register before 21 June 2024. 

Please note that the organizer will check that for every paper at least one author has registered for the symposium before the paper is included in the programme and proceedings. 

Authors of accepted papers for Oral and Poster sessions are invited to prepare a final proceedings paper.

Authors must upload their full papers as electronic ‘PDF’ by 31 July 2024 via the website. Please login to your account, go to submitted papers tab and choose to submit final paper under the actions tab. 

Oral Presenting authors are invited to complete their biography in their profile. The session chairperson will use this biography to introduce the presenters.

Final accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings with ISBN number. These Proceedings will be available in USB flash drives offered at the registration desk. Please visit the Past Events Proceedngs for more information.

A best paper and best poster awards will be open to all authors. More information about these awards are available on this link.
